A warning ignored every day stops being a warning
A dialogue that appears constantly is dismissed automatically, including on the day it matters.
Certificate warnings on internal systems, permission prompts, alerts that are always noise. The habit of clicking through is learned by being correct hundreds of times. Warnings only work when they are rare, which means removing the routine causes rather than rewording the message.
