Scanner coverage

A scan reports what the tool could see, in the places it was pointed, for the kinds of flaw it knows about.

All three are limits and none of them appear in the summary. Systems the scanner could not authenticate to, hosts it never reached, whole categories it does not check. A coverage figure is a statement about the scanner, not about the estate, and reporting findings without it gives a confident answer to an unasked question.
