Resilience
Resilience is continuing to operate through adverse conditions, not avoiding them.
It assumes things will fail and asks what happens next: what still works, what degrades, how long, and who notices. Organisations that pursue prevention alone end up brittle, because every failure is unplanned. Ones that plan for degradation are frequently less impressive on paper and far better on the day.
