Executive sponsorship

Sponsorship that is not budget, arbitration authority and visible support is a name on a slide.

A sponsor who will not fund the work, will not settle a dispute with another director and will not say anything publicly has sponsored nothing. It is worth establishing which of the three you actually have before building a programme that assumes all of them.
