Social media privacy
The risk with what you post is usually not embarrassment. It is that the details are useful to somebody pretending to be you.
Your first school, your pet's name, your mother's side of the family, where you were last Tuesday, what your manager is called. Individually harmless, and collectively the answers to security questions and the raw material for a convincing message to your colleague or your bank. You do not have to be secretive to be careful here. It is mostly about noticing that the small biographical details, the ones that feel like nothing, are the ones somebody else can put to work.
